The website credit can be used at any time for future purchases on our site.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is received by us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.

Items that are customized or engraved cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Bulk lot items are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full bulk sale terms.

Refund requests for damaged or incorrect items — bulk or individual — must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
